What is the difference between milestones and a leaderboard?
Milestones are ongoing reward tiers: each ambassador earns when they reach a referral goal. A leaderboard is a time-bound contest where a set number of top referrers win after the end date.
When can listeners join the referral program?
You can save and review valid program details while the program is paused. Listeners can join only after you explicitly choose Go live.
How do ambassadors share the show?
Each ambassador gets a personal refer.fm link to share with friends, followers, and their podcast community. Refer-O-Matic attributes referrals back to the ambassador.
