What does Starter include?
You can run either milestone rewards or a leaderboard contest, customize your program page, and see ambassador activity and credited referrals. Both plans include basic suspicious-referral review, reward claim tracking and podcast feed refresh.
What does managing reward fulfillment mean?
When an ambassador earns a milestone reward, Refer-O-Matic records a claim. You can mark it Fulfilled or Rejected and add a note, so you know what still needs attention. You arrange prize drawings and deliver the rewards. Updating a status does not send a prize or choose a winner.
When is Pro useful?
Choose Pro if other people need dashboard access, or if you want to send signup, referral and milestone events to another service through webhooks. Pro also shows additional suspicious-referral signals to support your review. Starter already includes the activity metrics, page colors and reward status tools.
Does one plan cover all my podcasts?
Pricing is per referral program, in USD. Each program has its own plan. If you run programs for several shows, each needs a separate paid plan after the trial.
How does the free trial work?
Set up and review your program first. The trial starts when you first choose Go live and ends after 14 days or 100 total attributed referrals across the program, whichever comes first. The 100-referral allowance is shared across all ambassadors. No card is required.
What counts as a referral?
A new visitor follows an ambassador's link and taps a listening option, subject to duplicate and activity checks. This records a referral action, not a verified listen or subscription. See how referral credit works.
